About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support client delivery inside structured systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, organization, and follow-through. You will support operational workflows, maintain systems, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
This is a contractor bench position. Placement occurs as client needs arise and are aligned with your availability and skill set.
Core Responsibilities
Task implementation inside project management tools• Inbox and calendar management
CRM updates and client onboarding support
Document organization and file management
Light tech setup and workflow support
Maintaining and updating SOPs
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a VA or similar support role
Strong written communication skill
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Asana, ClickUp, Dubsado, Slack, etc.
Highly organized and deadline-driven
Able to work independently without constant direction
Reliable internet and professional workspace
